HUBWOO - WORK BBQ 27th July 2009

A private work BBQ for Hubwoo. They enjoyed our Hearty Feast menu, with butchers sausages and handmade beef burgers. At this time of year our lamb is coming from Woburn, which is literally on our doorstep! They also finished their menu with our homemade meringues with summer berries and cream. We made these using eggs from our own chickens. It was a lovely event which was well enjoyed by all the guests.

DVD 2009 EVENT - DYTECNA 24th & 25th July 2009

This was a two day event based at Millbrook. It is a military trade show, and we were asked to provide the catering services specifically for Dytecna who were an individual company exhibiting there. We served senior military professionals cold drinks and lunch, which was well received by everyone. We had a fantastic time and hope to share this with Dytecna and their team next year!

Delicious vanilla cupcakes with lime cream cheese, topped with a blueberry, and milk chocolate butter icing finished with a white chocolate button.

They went down very well, and the plates were clean!
