WEDDING PARTY - 10TH OCTOBER 2009
This was a beautiful Wedding Party that we caterered for in Great Brickhill. Their main menu was a bespoke menu including these mouthwatering lamb neck fillet and beef rump steak skewers. We then served our crispy but gooey homemade meringues with berries, whipped cream with a touch of vanilla, and white Malteasers. Their evening guests enjoyed a classic BBQ of handmade 100% beef burgers and handmade "proper" American hot dogs, with onions softened in butter, salad and sauces. It was a great party, and the band got everyone dancing into the night!
