We provided the menu for this Wedding held at Wing Village Hall. A lovely little traditional village hall, with polished wood floors and a high vaulted ceiling in the main hall.
For this event we worked with a mobile bar company, who set up a very stylish white gloss and steel bar, alongside our dressed serving tables.
This Bride and Groom (and their guests!), enjoyed a delciously tasty hog roast menu with tender and juicy meat, and the crisp and crunchy crackling to compliment. Served with a selection of our homemade side dishes (new potato salad, crunchy coleslaw, lemony cous cous and dressed mixed leaves), and also the option of either tradtional apple sauce or our homemade finger licking BBQ sauce with mature English cheddar cheese (just for something that little bit different). We also removed the whole roast pork tenderloin, and served this directly to the top table. It's definitely my favourite cut of pork.
We served for dessert our crispy, crunchy, gooey and chewy homemade merigues (made with all our own chicken's eggs), mixed summer berries, white Malteasers and whipped double cream - Mmmmmm........
The evening was finished (or started for some!), with a simple but an all freshly made menu, including lemon, garlic and thyme roast chicken drumsticks, a selection of filled soft rolls, homemade sausage rolls with buttery puff pastry, a selection of crisps and a mixed salad.
A lovely pink, pink summer Wedding.
