MERCEDES BENZ CHARITY EVENING & CHRISTMAS PARTY













We were asked by Mercedes Benz Bedford to work with them for two consecutive nights for two different events.
They cleared their showroom except for a beautiful Mercedes SL, and we transformed their showroom into a real party venue. We worked with their requirements to arrange all the venue dressings including silver chairs with navy pads (to compliment their showroom's colour theme), all tables, linen, glass ware and china. We also transformed their reception desk into a bar, and provided the chilling for their drinks.
They chose a hog roast for each evening with sauteed potatoes, parsnips, carrots and onions, with homemade apricot and almond stuffing and homemade apple sauce. It was delicious, and enjoyed by everyone.
We also served a British cheeseboard for the Charity Evening, and a beautiful mini Christmas dessert selection for their Chritsmas Party the following evening.
We really enjoyed our time working with Mercedes and all their staff, and look forward to working with them again soon.

HOG / SPIT ROAST MENUS







Flamed Foods Co. are now offering delicious spit / hog roast menus.

Our spit / hog roast menus are no different to our barbeque menus, and therefore ensure local succulent and flavoursome meats, accompanied with fresh side dishes that are all made from scratch by us.

We take great pride in offering something just that little bit different, and can offer a range of meats from our spit roast machine, including mouthwateringly tasty hand pulled pork with our homemade finger-licking BBQ sauce.

WEDDING PARTY CONT - 10TH OCTOBER 2009





These are a few more photos of the Wedding Party in Great Brickhill. These photos are very atmospheric as the darkness of evening drew, but show our lovely tea and coffee set up and how great the dessert looked!!

WEDDING PARTY - 10TH OCTOBER 2009













This was a beautiful Wedding Party that we caterered for in Great Brickhill. Their main menu was a bespoke menu including these mouthwatering lamb neck fillet and beef rump steak skewers. We then served our crispy but gooey homemade meringues with berries, whipped cream with a touch of vanilla, and white Malteasers. Their evening guests enjoyed a classic BBQ of handmade 100% beef burgers and handmade "proper" American hot dogs, with onions softened in butter, salad and sauces. It was a great party, and the band got everyone dancing into the night!

FAMILY FUN DAY, WOLVERTON PARK - 12TH SEPTEMBER 2009





We were part of the Wolverton Park Family Fun Day. We enjoyed a lovely hot sunny day serving members of the public who had attended this event. Wolverton Park is a historical site for the railway, and this development marries Victorian coach sheds, with modern apartments, and does it with the great respect and creative design. This family day hosted street entertainers, a falconry display, traditional helter skelter, live music and other activities for adults and children to take part in. It was a really enjoyable day to be part of.

18TH BIRTHDAY PARTY - 5TH SEPTEMBER 2009





We delivered a bespoke menu for this Birthday Party, in which the client provided her own meats and we grilled these and provided the accompanying salads and dessert. Although this isn't something we usually do, our client did have strong moral standards about using her local butcher and so on this occasion we made the menu to suit her needs. We also provided the china, cutlery and glass hire, which we display, collect, and take with us as a return as a dirty service. We provided three desserts to include our rich dark chocolate tart, our homemade meringues and our fresh lemon tart. The lemon tart was a huge hit, with a young girl enjoying three pieces!!

TAPAS & SALSA NIGHT - 4TH SEPTEMBER 2009








We created this tapas menu to compliment a salsa night. We provided a combination of hot barbecued dishes, with cold dishes, to give a real Mediterranean feel to the evening and compliment the sangria!


SURPRISE 50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY - 29TH AUGUST 2009



We were invited to provide the catering for this surprise 50th Birthday Party. We served Our Classic BBQ menu for lunch, and then returned in the evening to provide another menu. On this occasion we served homemade pizzas, which we cooked in the client's oven and served hot, and also a selection of delicious fresh sandwiches. As a barbeque catering company we don't often get asked to provide these types of menus, but as you can see we are always flexible, and can ensure that we always try to meet what our customers require.

SUMMER BBQ - 25TH JULY 2009











We provided our Summer BBQ menu for this client, which was certainly full of all the flavours of summer. We also finished this menu with the ultimate of summer desserts - homemade meringues, strawberries and whipped cream with a touch of vanilla. We also served Malteasers as they are a fantastic addition to this dessert (however as the light was fading some guests did think they were black olives - not even Heston Blumenthal would put those flavours together!). A great menu and it really gave a good atmosphere to this summer gathering.

We provided the catering for this Wedding at a beautiful venue, St Katherine's. We prepared a selection of canapes, served to the guests on arrival, BBQ Wedding Breakfast, Desserts, Tea & Coffee and also an evening Paella. It was a great day. Our clients chose the Hearty Feast menu to really make this a sumputious dinner, plus the addition of grilled Asparagus wrapped in Pancetta, a dressed Broad Bean Salad and BBQ'd whole Sea Bream. We then prepared mini Dark Chocolate Tarts, and Homemade mini Meringues with Cream and Seasonal Fruit, on feature plates which were served to each table. Their evening guests enjoyed Paella cooked freshly in front of them.



COMPANY SUMMER BBQ - 18th JULY 2009







This menu was a bespoke creation of Handmade Lamb Kofas, Herby Marinated Chicken Skewers, 100% British Beef Burgers, Handmade Butcher Sausages, Salmon Fillets marinated in ginger, red chilli and lime, Our Famous Noodle Salad, Lemony Cous Cous, Homemade Coleslaw, Salad Leaves and Bread. Our client then finished this delicious menu with our Rich Dark Chocolate Tart, Homemade Meringues, Strawberries and Cream. It was a true summer feast.

60TH BIRTHDAY - 12TH JULY 2009





PAELLA!!
As Flamed Foods Co. is a company that thinks outside the box, we don't stick to just the stereotypical barbequed dishes. We also use our fantastic BBQ to provide many other mouthwatering foods. For this 60th Birthday we cooked Paella from scratch infront of the guests, and complimented this with some fresh salads, olives and nuts. The guests were very involved in the process of preparing and cooking this wonderful dish, and the results tasted even better. We really enjoy cooking Paella, and it is a dish that you can personalise with almost any ingredients you like! We used smoked streaky bacon, chorizo, chicken, fresh tiger prawns and live mussels.

FAMILY SUMMER BBQ - 11TH JULY 2009








This was a Family Summer BBQ held in Bierton near Aylesbury. This customer and their guests enjoyed our Classic BBQ menu, and substituted the coleslaw for our tomato and basil salad. Our flamed chicken pieces marinated in our homemade smoky BBQ marinade were a real winner! They finished this menu with these lovely mini homemade meringues with strawberries, and cupcakes that were finished with lime & blueberry and milk chocolate & marshmallow. DELICIOUS!
