SUMMER BBQ - 25TH JULY 2009











We provided our Summer BBQ menu for this client, which was certainly full of all the flavours of summer. We also finished this menu with the ultimate of summer desserts - homemade meringues, strawberries and whipped cream with a touch of vanilla. We also served Malteasers as they are a fantastic addition to this dessert (however as the light was fading some guests did think they were black olives - not even Heston Blumenthal would put those flavours together!). A great menu and it really gave a good atmosphere to this summer gathering.

WEDDING - 23RD JULY 2009












We provided the catering for this Wedding at a beautiful venue, St Katherine's. We prepared a selection of canapes, served to the guests on arrival, BBQ Wedding Breakfast, Desserts, Tea & Coffee and also an evening Paella. It was a great day. Our clients chose the Hearty Feast menu to really make this a sumputious dinner, plus the addition of grilled Asparagus wrapped in Pancetta, a dressed Broad Bean Salad and BBQ'd whole Sea Bream. We then prepared mini Dark Chocolate Tarts, and Homemade mini Meringues with Cream and Seasonal Fruit, on feature plates which were served to each table. Their evening guests enjoyed Paella cooked freshly in front of them.



COMPANY SUMMER BBQ - 18th JULY 2009







This menu was a bespoke creation of Handmade Lamb Kofas, Herby Marinated Chicken Skewers, 100% British Beef Burgers, Handmade Butcher Sausages, Salmon Fillets marinated in ginger, red chilli and lime, Our Famous Noodle Salad, Lemony Cous Cous, Homemade Coleslaw, Salad Leaves and Bread. Our client then finished this delicious menu with our Rich Dark Chocolate Tart, Homemade Meringues, Strawberries and Cream. It was a true summer feast.

60TH BIRTHDAY - 12TH JULY 2009





PAELLA!!
As Flamed Foods Co. is a company that thinks outside the box, we don't stick to just the stereotypical barbequed dishes. We also use our fantastic BBQ to provide many other mouthwatering foods. For this 60th Birthday we cooked Paella from scratch infront of the guests, and complimented this with some fresh salads, olives and nuts. The guests were very involved in the process of preparing and cooking this wonderful dish, and the results tasted even better. We really enjoy cooking Paella, and it is a dish that you can personalise with almost any ingredients you like! We used smoked streaky bacon, chorizo, chicken, fresh tiger prawns and live mussels.

FAMILY SUMMER BBQ - 11TH JULY 2009








This was a Family Summer BBQ held in Bierton near Aylesbury. This customer and their guests enjoyed our Classic BBQ menu, and substituted the coleslaw for our tomato and basil salad. Our flamed chicken pieces marinated in our homemade smoky BBQ marinade were a real winner! They finished this menu with these lovely mini homemade meringues with strawberries, and cupcakes that were finished with lime & blueberry and milk chocolate & marshmallow. DELICIOUS!


ENERGIE SUMMER BBQ - 10TH JULY 2009








This was the annual summer BBQ for Energie Fitness Clubs. They enjoyed our Classic BBQ menu which was beautifully finished with our homemade meringues and rich dark chocolate tart. This was held at Liscombe Park, which is a great venue, and we had a really good time there.

40TH BIRTHDAY PARTY - 4TH JULY 2009











This was a 40th Birthday Party that we travelled to Bourne End to provide the catering for. We worked with the client, who fancied a Greek themed menu, and provided a menu full of lovely Greek flavours. Mediterranean Sausages handmade to our specification by our butcher, Lamb Koftas, Chicken & Pork Souvlaki, Greek Salad, Tzatiki........hmmmm. Our client wanted both our homemade meringues and rich dark chocolate tart, which were served as a mini portion size. The addition of Malteasers made these desserts a real winner with both the adults and children!




THE NATIONAL ENERGY FOUNDATION WORK BBQ - 1ST JULY 2009


The National Energy Foundation invited us to provide the catering for their 10th Anniversary. We spent a very hot lunch at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes celebrating this with a our delicious Classic BBQ menu. Everyone had seconds (and some even thirds!), and all the bowls and platters were left spotless. A very enjoyable event.
