FRESH BAKERS BREAD


Flamed Foods Co. are pleased to announce they now work with a local Baker for all their bread. Our search was a long one for a local Baker who makes all their bread from scratch on the premises, but we're thrilled to have now found one who can supply us with a wide range on delicious fresh bread.
From soft white rolls and seeded buns, to French bagettes and various speciality breads. The above photo is a bespoke multi seeded display piece, consisting of 10 rolls for a tear-and-share delivery. These were beautiful, and had a lovely crunchy crust with a soft bread inside. They also smelt lovely!

HOT CANAPE/APPETISER TRIAL











We are really excited about this new addition to our canape selection.
We have trialed serving hot grilled meats, that are succulent and juicy, full of flavour and completely blew us away!
They are delicious bite-sized pieces, but offer a more substancial canape, which would be an ideal pre main menu appetiser.
These photos show Pork Tenderloin Ribbons (marinated in soy, ginger and orange), Seasoned Grilled Lamb (drizzled with yoghurt and fresh garden mint), Seared Beef Strip (juicy rump steak grilled & brushed with wholegrain mustard), Grilled Chicken Breast (finished with a parmesan, basil and pinenut pesto) and Spiced Lamb Skewer (grilled neck fillet and apricot with a Moroccan style rub).
These will definitely be added to our existing menu, and we're trialing new combinations already!
