We provided the full package for this French and Nigerian Wedding for 300 in Hackney, London. The Round Chapel is a very special venue, with loads of atomsphere and character. With a French Bride and Nigerian Groom, there was a real mix of cultures, however every aspect was looked at from the start to the end, and the result was truely perfect. We met with the Bride and Groom (and their families) twice at the venue, and kept planning and planning each part of their Wedding until it was exactly what they wanted. We provided the arrival drinks and canapes for all guests, a delicious hog roast with a selection of fresh side salads for 100 guests, all the beautiful desserts and sweet treats, cheese and then coffee for all guests. Throughout the evening we also provided a simple but well presented and stocked bar, complete with all the staff to provide a friendly and professional service. We were delighted to be involved with this Wedding, and the energy, laughter, enjoyment and general fun from the all guests made this really memorable.

A SAUCY WEDDING
Flamed Foods Co. provided the catering for this beautful and rather unique Wedding in Milton Keynes. A lovely selection of canapes served for guests on arrival (the sweetcorn fritters were a huge hit!), a bespoke BBQ menu with our BBQ prep/cooking area just outside the buffet area with guests able to view the BBQ cooking all their freshly cooked dishes, and then a wonderful selection of homemade desserts with all the naughty trimmings. However, the naughtiest part of the evening would certainly be the burlesque dancer show to finish their day! A great Wedding, and we really enjoying being part of it.

LOCAL BRITISH MEATS - BEST BUTCHERS
Since we created Flamed Foods Co. we never wanted to compromise any of our personal beliefs by serving menus to larger numbers of guests, and sacrifice the quality and taste of really wonderful food. This is why we never cut corners, and in fact in many instances, take more painstaking and deliberately longer ways of doing something, just to ensure that we never serve anything that falls below our initial standard. From the start we worked with a fantastic local Butcher, who supplies local meats. These are all British, and I can honestly say I am always impressed with the quality, texture and flavour of any meats that he supplies. He is adventurous with new techniques and interesting speciality meats, so is a brilliant asset to our business.
65TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Flamed Foods Co. served amazing speciality roast meat choices for this 65th Birthday Party. Using our hog roast machine to roast these meats until crisp on the outside while the meat was juicy and tender, we were a real focal point to this garden party visually and aromatically. We served our Butcher's Porchetta - whole pork loin and belly, marbled with smoked peppers, fennel, garlic and fresh herbs. We also roast two legs of local Lamb, marinated in fresh rosemary and garlic. Put these with our lemony feta cous cous with toasted almonds, dressed new potatoes and a simple tomato and balsamic salad, you have a winning combination for super satisfying food! We finished the evening with our homemade meringues, summer berries and whipped vanilla cream and also fresh lemon tart. We will be expanding the range of delicious roast meats we offer in this way, so please contact us with your requirements.

DINNER BBQ PARTY
On a windy and cold day, Flamed Foods Co. provided a three course menu with flavours to warm the soul and spice up the party. We provided a selection of canape appetisers, our Flavour of Asia menu, and then our wonderful homemade meringues made into summer pavlovas and indulgent mini rich dark chocolate tarts. We served this all to a small dinner party gathering at their beautifully dressed table (indoors!), provided all the serving china, and then cleared and packed everything away not leaving a trace of our BBQ preparation area (or any washing up!!). All this without the host having to worry about a menu, shopping list or even getting her oven dirty.
40TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
We couldn't have planned better weather in late April for this 40th Birthday Party. It was lovely. Our clients created their own bespoke menu, featuring spring lamb rump steaks and our herby marinated chicken, with grilled whole flat field mushrooms and marinated pepper & halloumi parcels, with side salads to match. It was a real family affair, with our BBQ and serving area a focal point in their back garden.
